Availability of the Premier Digital Checking account may be limited based on your geographic location or mobile carrier country as determined by the Bank at the time you access our Mobile App.

East West Bank does not assess any account opening fees.  The Premier Digital Checking account must be funded within 60 days of application approval with a single opening deposit of $100 or more.

For service and account eligibility requirements, refer to the “Transfer Services” section of the Bank’s Online Banking Agreement.  Bank processing fees may apply.

No charge at East West Bank, Allpoint or MoneyPass ATMs.  No East West Bank withdrawal fee for the first two non-proprietary ATM withdrawals per statement cycle (3rd party ATM usage fees may be charged to your account at the request of the provider operating the non-proprietary ATM). 

If the surcharge screen appears during your Allpoint or MoneyPass ATM transactions, press "Yes" to accept the surcharge and proceed with your withdrawal. You will not be assessed a surcharge fee. In the event that your transactions incurred a surcharge fee, it will be refunded on your monthly East West Bank statement at the end of your banking cycle.
